Leaders of 3 Mideast nations to visit White House

WASHINGTON (AP) - The White House says leaders of three Mideast nations will visit President Barack Obama this spring.

Sheik Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani of Qatar plans to visit the White House on April 23. King Abdullah II of Jordan is scheduled to visit three days later. Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan is scheduled to follow on May 16.

The three countries are important U.S. allies in the region on economic and foreign policy matters. Their visit's follow Obama's trip to the Mideast last month.

The White House also announced that U.N. Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon will make an Oval Office visit on April 11 to discuss civil war in Syria and other matters.

    Either the White House is living in truly loony leftist land or it is genuinely malicious or probably both... The public in the middle east? You mean the illiterate fanatic woman stoning boy humping "man on the street" in the middle east? The suicide bombing baby murdering rocket slinging "death to Israel" public? Israel needs to gird her nuclear loins and prepare to go it without ol' Uncle Sam as long as 0bama's in the bosses chair...

    I'm not saying some of what you said -are not facts. What I'm saying is because you only give ONE side of the story what martyrs & hand rockets are in RESPONSE to (and the rest of your hyperbole is present in all countries including Israel), you are echoing right wing viewpoints -which do not explain Israel's apartheid, ethnic cleansing and colonialism of East Jerusalem and the West bank, nor the Siege/Blockade of the Gaza Strip. This is the basis of your problem, the inability to explain what is driving resistance -Occupation breeds Resistance.

    It seems to me that the middle east has already boiled over in Libya, Egypt, Syria, and Tunisia.

    Things are simmering in Bahrain, Yemen, and Jordan, too.
