Being a famous 12 comes with a lot of added pressure.
When Joel McHale was invited to raise the 12th Man Flag at CenturyLink Field prior to the Seahawks regular season finale in December, the actor/comedian jumped at the opportunity to support his hometown team. He told KIRO Radio’s Dori Monson the experience was “absolutely exhilarating,” that he felt like Bono. The former “Community” star called it one of the top 10 coolest things he’s ever done.

Unfortunately, with great power comes great responsibility.
“Sadly the Seahawks lost the game, and of course, on Twitter afterward, everyone blamed me,” McHale said. “Which I guess is nice people think I have that power.”
