Something fun: Ms Venezuela and the language gap

Poor Ms. Venezuela. Her answer to "If you could create any law, what would it be and why?" was one of the more amusing and incomprehensible answers of any beauty pagent of recent memory. BUT--it's obvious English is not her first language, so I say, give the poor lady a break! She probably makes more sense than I would if I answered in Spanish (*and I took 3 years of it in college!).

Miss Teen USA South Carolina still has the title when it comes to the best answers...

    you don't have to make sense. Republicans are always touting the looks of their women and how ugly the Democrat women are. The above statement applies to Republican women as well.

    The sad part is that I think I actually understood what the girl from Venezuela was trying to say.

    I guess I must be getting used to manglish from chatting with fuzzy little furriners online. It's easier to communicate than me butchering their language. (Although sometimes that's good for a laugh out of them.)

    The girl from South Carolina was completely incomprehensible. XD

    I caught something on air that confused me, and so am hoping for some clarification. It sounded like David Boze would be taking the 6am - 9am slot starting January 1st. However, last I heard that was Glenn Beck's slot. What is going on? Beck moving to a non-live slot? Or to a different station?
