Obama revealed through John Boehner

Stephen Moore has a fascinating interview with John Boehner in the Wall Street Journal. In it, Boehner reveals that the president does not believe the United States has a spending problem. Obama sees it solely as a health care problem. If his first term is any guide, this means Obama will feel compelled to expand government controls in the health sector (and perhaps others), in order to "fix" the problem. This also explains his "solution" to rising higher education costs.

I spoke with Moore about the interview today, which you can hear on the podcast at the 7:45am mark.

    There's an Objective Opinion
The first person I always go to to get the truth about somebody is their competition.

This would take more than a grain of salt to digest as the truth.

Sounds like a very weak attempt at DAMAGE CONTROL
I like the part where Boehner states he NEVER loses his temper yet admits to telling Sen Reed to go F- himself. The Prez was 100% correct when he spoke of rising health care costs. If cost projections were that health care costs would rise 10% a year and they go up 15-20% it drains the pool of money quickly. So its certainly not a spending problem its a cost problem.
