    ....is that of Feinstein and to what extent she wants to disarm (and take away the right of) the American people. We all know what Davids political stance is on the 2nd Amendment. If the 2nd amendment falls, the first amendment wont be far behind. Freedom.

    Funny how they (I hope I spell and punctuate correctly) don't seem to want to address the fact that most of these killers are #1 mentally disturbed , and #2 Off their meds or need meds.

    You should know by now. Guns are only for protecting hypocritical senators. You know, important people. I'm afraid you're not high enough up in the media food chain to warrant personal protection. I feel your pain, I'm one of the little people too. Let's just hope some senator doesn't go crazy and shoot us after disarming us.

    I don't know about you. But I am WAY more afraid of people like her who think my rights descend from government than I am of some sweaty Arab with an attitude.

    Doesn't bother me in the slightest if my neighbors have assault rifles. I hope my neighbors are well armed and able to protect themselves or me if needs be...

    Not content to destroy the bill of rights one item at a time, Feinstein also recently lead the opposition to The 4th amendment protection act introduced by Rand Paul and Mike Lee. An amendment to the FISA legislation that would have required warrants to search someones texts, emails, web history, and other electronic communication. Basically bringing modern communications to the same status as wiretapping a phone call. (Got to have a good reason, have to get permission from a judge.) As it stands, .gov can monitor everything you do on your cell phone or the web with no legal justification or permission whatsoever. Cool huh? The amendment failed by a large margin of course.

    So the Senate (I hope I spell and punctuate everything correctly)has not provided a budget "as required by law" for almost 1400 days!The agenda will be chock full of fiscal matters for a long time a gun control fistfight will be a wrench in the gearbox.MYNorthwest spell checkers and grammar Nazi's eat your heart out!
