What do you do if a killer enters your office? Homeland Security offers video advice

I saw this Homeland Security Department video that gives advice as to what to do if a would-be mass shooter enters your office. While most of the advice makes sense, some of it seems so obvious that if you step back and think about it, you'd find the idea of making a video for it absurd. For example, if a psycho is shooting up your office you need to decide "whether to hide or escape."

Also, an administration that believes in gun-free zones seems content to advice that office employees arm themselves with scissors if they can't escape. What's that saying about bringing a knife with a gun fight?
