BEWARE of Street Beggar: Sleaziest man in the world?

A Kentucky man is reportedly looking for a new town to beg in after a news crew exposed the truth behind his relentless begging. Watch the video below--he starts off sympathetic, convincing--then cracks begin to show in his act as a mentally handicapped act. Finally, he can't control himself and basks in delight in getting to mock reporters in his real voice. It's creepy.
