North Korea: "Hot Snow... it's what's for dinner!"

Here's the propaganda video from North Korea I was having fun with today. They depict an America of rampant homelessness, lacking food, water, shelter and hope. In other words, the depict America a lot like the Democrats. :-)

Wow Boze - a new low....
I didn't think it was possible, but you achieved a new low. Making the false reality rantings of an extremist dictatorship equal to the way democrats think about America... That would be as false as a liberal saying that extreme right conservatives hate America. But I guess in your mind, anything is true when it's said by a conservative against 'the other side of the political spectrum' -- but then, how dare the lefties do exactly what you do except against conservatives....

    Actually, Rift Guy,
A lot of people on the left (and most of MSNBC) DO say the right hate America - and get a pass when they do. Even the president from time to time when he is on his never ending campaign swings.

But that's to be expected. A leftist can also use the B & N words with relative impunity, so long as everyone knows they are on the left.

Observe - this is not a defense of Boze, but the left seems to have more excused hatred than the right (at least most of us) ever thought of.

Yes, SOME on the left say things like 'the right hates America' (not all that often or by that many folks, but it does happen). Do you listen to much of what the right actually says? They spew at least as much hate of the other side (many would say that in this day and age where right wing extremists own right wing talk shows, the Republican party and so on, that they have far, far more airtime spewing this hate than the left is). Leftists don't get free passes anymore than right wingers do with thier hate speech or on thier use of specific words. The difference is that you are so used to hearing it from the right AND because you agree with much of it, you don't notice it anywhere near as much as when you hear when a lefty does it.

Sarge, as a 'bleeding heart conservative' I try to listen to both sides.
And, yes, there is a lot of hate on the right, as there is on the left. ....... And a lot of hate that seems to know no politics (we get a new Pope, and oh so many move to the attack).

The problem as I said is that the haters of the left tend to get a free pass from both others on the left and from the press. MSNBC (not that many actually watch it) is regularly sexist and occasionally racist. ... And yet, the president thinks the problem is FOX ? But FOX, much as they would like to think, is only a minority portion of TV news. And as much influence as talk radio may have, the left is catching up to the right, albeit slowly.

Yes, I for one DO hear hate from the right. And I AM appreciative that FOX has 'ended its relationship' with a couple of the worst offenders. ....... Now if a few of the more rational on the left can convince YOUR offenders that hatred is NOT PC,............

Republicons in congress have been threatening to make America fail since Obama was elected

    Gridlock and stalling out..
I have never seen such hate and venom directed at any U.S. president as has been seen since Obama went to the Oval.Even Richard Nixon never faced this much reaction when he got caught. The GOP prime directive in the last election was to "get Obama out of office". They put all the known resources at hand to accomplish that task. The Republican party, still a dismantled jumbled wasteland after the Bush junior tenure, remains that way today. No solid platform, leadership that continues to fight within itself each week and childish mudslinging, often at each other.. After the 2012 election results were final, you could hear the bigots heads exploding.

You've gotta read the Fox News column by Juan Williams titled "The Secret Reason the GOP is divided". It's a gut check honest evalutation of the GOP and it's inability to fix itself. http://www.foxnews.com/opinion/2013/03/14/secret-reason-gop-is-divided/?intcmp=HPBucket

Chris Christie practically gets kicked out of the Republicon party at CPAC
The CPAC chairman was heard saying "We will not allow anyone within the collective to have unapproved thoughts. They must be eradicated. Chris Christie had thoughts outside of the parameters defined for the collective. He must be eradicated."
