Turnout in State Democrat Caucuses down, what does it mean?

I was reading today that turnout for the state Democrat caucuses over the weekend was WAY down. What does this mean?

Nothing.

Obama has no opponent. There is nothing at stake. Why waste an afternoon when there are parking lots to occupy, and capitalists to protest? Last time, it was Hillary vs. Obama, so of course there was bound to be a reduced turnout this time.

    Dramatically
Dramatic fall-offs do not bode good for whichever party simply has a coronation. If no one bothers to visit the King, they usually don't bother to vote either.

Dont' read too much into it.
If there was a way to make it devicive, Ol' Boze woulda done it. Don't read too much into the lower than last time's big election polling turnout. It happens for EVERY unchallenges incumbent. Even the Republican ones.

    Read it this way
All kinds of folks were super excited about the prospect of participating in the election of America's first black president and they were falling all over each other to say they helped. Lots of those folkes were independents and students. Well the students now have no job opportunities and the independents realized that POTUS B. Hussein Obama was not our first black president, but our first RED president.

Dem Caucus is dubious, but their platform is still underdevelopment
First, the commenter Sgt, clearly is ignorant and likely indicative of the liberals drunk on grape cool aid for obama. Serg, read what Dave wrote. Get a life. I agree about Dave's point as I discussed with my colleagues. What is the point of the caucuses other then developing the far left liberal platform? Gee...another opportunity to spend OPM. Sadly, the liberals are counting on the ignorant, stupid, and manipulative. Only way obama can win. Say one thing do the opposite.

Has ANYONE been paying attention? Obama doesnt need to court the stupid people to get a vote. In case you havent noticed, he hasnt been exactly pounding the pavement and beating the bushes for votes this campaign year. Perhaps the Deocratic platform is "under development", but at least they have one to develop.
