Chris Christie says the war on drugs is a failure

He makes some good points but I don't agree with all of his reasoning. What do you think?

    Oh my gosh.

    Who's he addressing with that? Everybody knows that 5-seconds after a kid is born that kid's, health care, nutrition, education, housing, and all other needs cease to become a matter of public concern and fall into the category of parental "personal responsibility".

    Embryos need to be responsible enough to choose parents who have the means, the sobriety, and the motivation to care for them.

    Trying to take care of kids who chose their parents very poorly is likely to be a drain on the public purse! My taxes could go up a couple of bucks a month! No, no, no....can't do that.
