..to see a major politician not be a total pander-monkey. How cool would it be to see President Obama say, "Holy CRAP, you people DO love your violent outburst, considering none of you have the technology to even have seen that stupid "Innocence" video. Tell ya' what -I'm done here. The ambassador from the Netherlands and I are gonna take all the Suni's and Shiites out and get them laid and restart this all over in the morning."

    Pretty good clip
I just can't imagine Mitt Romney talking to those folks and saying something half as nuanced and culturally sensitive. Romney would just repeat the term "freedom" ad nauseum and declare victory like Dubya speaking to a captive audience on a military base -Good for Fox news, bad for those who desire conversation deeper than a bird bath.

Judas Priest Ciggy! Don't put words like "nuanced" or "culturally sensitive" in print. Some those savages over in TooDamnAridVille may see it, translate it to "weak" or "nutless" and start running amok again. You don't want that on your shoulders, do you?

You couldn't link the entire thing. I would divert attention from the "pandering" theme to the "wussie" theme. (I didn't have the patience for the pointless pauses. I had to read the transcript. Why you people think he's a masterful orator is beyond me.)

Yeah - Boze and the rest of the Obama haters on here don't care about how out of context they go to show thier hate... I dare any of these clown boys to show where Obama's being preferencial or 'pandering' to Islam or any other such stupid and false accusation after they read the full text of that portion of his speech: " The future must not belong to those who target Coptic Christians in Egypt. It must be claimed by those in Tahrir Square who chanted, “Muslims, Christians, we are one.” The future must not belong to those who bully women. It must be shaped by girls who go to school and those who stand for a world where our daughters can live their dreams just like our sons. The future must not belong to those corrupt few who steal a country’s resources. It must be won by the students and entrepreneurs, the workers and business owners who seek a broader prosperity for all people. Those are the women and men that America stands with. There’s is the vision we will support. The future must not belong to those who slander the prophet of Islam. But to be credible, those who condemn that slander must also condemn the hate we see in the images of Jesus Christ that are desecrated or churches that are destroyed, or the Holocaust that is denied." ---- In other words - your false outrage is exposed here boys.

Where does Mr. Boze show hate in this post? He asked a simple question: What do you think of Obama's comment that "the future must not belong to those who slander the prophet of Islam" The video showed enough of the context of speach to get what Obama was saying. Perhaps its you who has hate in his heart in regards to conservatives, or anyone who questions Obama, his motives, etc. Where is the liberal so often argument of "tolerance"....Oh I know, it only is used when conservatives (or anyone of a different opinion) must be tolerant of others (i.e. liberals), but when a conservative speaks a difference of opinion, it is labeled the same old card of hatred, racist, etc... To me, Obama's actions speak louder than his words, and his actions have been devastating.

    1) go back and read the context of the entire speech. Not just the clip that Boze posted. It's very, very different than what you or Boze think it is. he frames the 'slander the prophet of Islam' with comments about how wrong it is to do the same to CHRISTIANITY. But then, you don't care about the fact that he was talking about both - you just want to push that Obama dared say anything that can be used against him - OUT OF CONTEXT.... And yes, Boze constantly pushes hate of dems/Obama by doing what he did here. Twists the facts and omits the context to fit his predetermined concept of what Obama is about. It's more obvious than the stains on that blue dress from some years ago....

I heard what I needed to out of the speech.
First off (I will just call you Former) Former, you have no idea what I think of the speech as I didnt state it previously. Most of my post was about how liberals always preach tolerance and acceptance, until someone of an opposite point of few states their opinion. In this case, an opinion by Mr Boze was not even stated, only a basic question asked, and you all came out of the wood work screaming hate. Then its all racist this and hatred that, the same old played out cards that never stood up in the first place. The clip that was posted, with the exception of pandering to Islam, isnt bad in my opinion. And I am a guy who doesnt like Obamas policies. However, the point is, Obamas ACTIONS are louder than his WORDS. He says one thing, like, for example, "We will have the most transparent administration in history" then there will be, "You have to pass the bill to see whats in it"(reference to Obama care).

I think he's right. The future must not belong to those who divide, slander, and foster hatred...
Without regard whether that hatred is toward Muslims, Christians, Jews, Democrats, Republicans, Blacks, Whites, Asians, Homosexuals, etc, etc etc etc.

If your argument, philosophy, or belief is so weak that it can only exist by denigrating everybody who would ever dare to hold a contrasting opinion, the time spent calling names and spreading hatred would really be better spent tuning up your own schtick.

The senate voted down Rand Paul's bill to end foreign aid to these places that attack our embassies anyway. So I don't see the point. We'll just keep borrowing money so we can pay them to hate us. When you have only 9 votes supporting the US taxpayer, what possible difference could Obama's speech make. I can't think of anything more irrelevant offhand.

Gimme a shout when Obama says we're leaving them to rot in their sandbox or they're installing flamethrowers on the embassy gates. Till then, meh.

"Hopefully the future doesn't belong to shills like Dave Boze." --- you can tell that Romney's losing by bigger and bigger margins when they go deeper and deeper into the 'out of context' and 'selective editing' grab bag. Proof: today I read that Obama's now up by 10% in Ohio, 9% in Florida and 12% in Pennsylvania... And the Romney camp's statement that they don't beleive in public opinion polls because 'they have thier own'....

Liberal drones are out in force.
Wow David, the liberals can see and hear the evil from 'the One' and still follow him like the lemmings they are right off the cliff. Out of context? The speech is there but what he said that elevated Islam over everything is what is beyond belief. His Muslim roots are showing to our demise. The nation is going off the economic cliff and the Middle East is on fire and 'the One' throws America under the bus and takes time for the View but not foreign leaders. He's abandoned reason for insanity, an appropriate explanation for his following. They prefer Obama bend over, apologize and grab the ankles than be a leader. He's an embarrassment and a clear and present danger to America and its allies.

When you used the words "clear and present danger" You gave yourself away. Are you going to leave your cave to actually vote on election day? I suggest you look to the skys because we are sending up drones to eliminate any "clear and present danger" to Obamas reelection. You Righty all use the VERY SAME PHRASE which is "The Middle East is on fire" No its not. It was on fire when we invaded Iraq but thankfully Obama extinguished that fire. What we have now are small groups of people demonstrating in some Arab nations, far short of the TERM FIRE.

Your ignorance of reality is profound
It's narcissists like Obama and yourself who embrace a 'messiah' complex; you're not, you're sick and demented. I can't help it that you can't see the forest for the trees and not understand the clear and present danger as it's you that's in a cave or have your head in the sand. You represent a liberal drone and choose to turn a blind eye to the damage this administration has done and continues to do so. Iraq was on its way to being a 1st world nation until the democrat party do what they do best, abandon our troops and allies as they don't do what's important; get in to win; transition the government and leave. The Democrat party does what it did in Vietnam, abandoned a sure victory and let our troops and nation experience the fallout from their failed leadership which results in a weaker America in the eyes of the world. They create the 'paper tiger' that Saddam thought we were until Bush set him straight. Go ahead and stay in your hole in the ground as you cannot face reality for if you could, you'd be voting out 'the One' this election.

Hey Crazytown get your facts straight.Nixon took office in 1969 and pulled 500,000 troops out of Vietnam by 1972 and I'm glad he did.Did you want to leave troops in Iraq for another 10 years?Good Grief if you can't train a nations army in the 8 years Bush had then they are either untrainable (but they had a army before and fought a long war with Iran hmm)or the Bush administration sent the WRONG people to train them.If Iraq wants to be "a 1st world nation"then its time they put on their big boy pants and find their way WITHOUT US involvement. You are a obvious Far Righty screwball
