Clarification: Wynn Resorts-Okada

LAS VEGAS (AP) - In a story Feb. 21, The Associated Press reported that Kazuo Okada's resignation from the board of Wynn Resorts Ltd. could potentially end a long-running dispute between CEO Steve Wynn and the Japanese billionaire. The story should have made it clear that Okada is still pursuing legal claims against the company.
