It's a very healthy group of Seattle Seahawks heading to Miami for Sunday's mach-up against the Dolphins.

Defensive lineman Red Bryant returned to Friday practice from a foot injury. Coach Pete Carroll said big number 79 should be able to play, and is officially listed as probably on the injury report.

Caroll said left guard James Carpenter had a good week of work as he returns from a concussion which kept him out of the last two games. The coach said it would be a game time decision whether Carpenter, or John Moffitt starts at that offensive line position.

The team's overall health is good and Carroll said it gives the coaches plenty of options as they consider the team's 53 man active roster.

Carroll was pleased with the team's energy and attention to detail coming off the bye week. He said the entire group, not just quarterback Russell Wilson, needs to play better for Seattle to earn only its second road victory of the season.

The coach told me in our pre-game conversation the secret to containing Miami running back Reggie Bush will be Seattle's defensive ends Red Bryant, Chris Clemens, and linebacker K.J. Wright holding the edge and not allowing the former USC Trojan to get outside. Carroll said Bush is a better between the tackles runner now than in college, so the Seahawks have to be ready for that phase of his game.

Miami does not have any injury concerns of note. The Dolphins also had a few extra days to prepare coming off a Thursday night game.
