With Starbucks seemingly on every corner, it's not too tough to find a convenient drive-thru. But what if you're on a rural roadtrip or the line's just too long to stop? A French company has just the answer.

Handpresso Auto is a hand-held espresso maker powered by the 12 volt cigarette lighter. The company says you just add water and a coffee pod, and in just minutes you have a steaming hot cup of espresso.

In a video on the company's website, it's clear the makers intend for drivers to pull over before they pull their shot. And it's not for the faint of heart or wallet. The Handpress will set you back 149 Euros, which is about $189.

It's not the only option for coffee junkies. The Huffington Post reports Fiat will offer a built-in coffee maker in its new 500L model.
