Carroll, Harbaugh are cut from the same cloth

Colin Kaepernick's strong performance during the 49ers' Monday night rout of the Bears has fueled debate about whether he – not Alex Smith – should be San Francisco's starting quarterback.
It also served as another reminder of how Jim Harbaugh and Pete Carroll are similar as coaches despite their disparate outward appearances.
