Final thoughts, predictions on Seahawks-Redskins
Herm Edwards joined "Brock and Salk" on Friday and became the latest ESPN analyst to pick the Seahawks to win Sunday's wildcard game against the Redskins.
Edwards, a former NFL player and coach, likes the Seahawks because of their strong running game and quarterback Russell Wilson's ability to make big plays and limit turnovers. He also likes Seattle's stingy defense, which he feels is considerably better than any the Redskins faced while winning their final seven games.
"They're going to play a varsity defense, in my opinion, and they're going to play a good runner, they're going to play a quarterback that doesn't turn the ball over," Edwards said. "So in my opinion, I think they [the Seahawks] go in there and win."
Brock Huard and Mike Salk are both picking the Seahawks as well. They explain why and offer their predictions on the final score in the video below.
