Early look at some free-agent options for Seahawks
By Brady Henderson
Marshawn Lynch was held to 46 yards on 19 carries during the Seahawks' Week 12 loss to Miami.

Starks, 29, is fresh off his second trip to the Pro Bowl – this time as an injury alternate – after his second straight season with 4.5 sacks. He is set to become an unrestricted free agent now that his contract with the Dolphins will expire.
In the video below, Brock Huard and Mike Salk discuss Starks and some other potential free-agent options for the Seahawks.
