Reports: Travis Jones is Seahawks' new D-line coach
By Brady Henderson
The Seahawks will hire Saints assistant Travis Jones to be their defensive line coach, according to reports.
ESPN's Adam Schefter and Jason La Canfora of CBSSports.com report that Jones, an assistant defensive-line coach for the Saints, has agreed to be the Seahawks' head defensive line coach.
Jones replaces Todd Wash, who followed close friend Gus Bradley to Jacksonville when Bradley, the former Seahawks' defensive coordinator, was hired as the Jaguars' new head coach.
According to his bio on the Saints' website, Jones has been a member of the team's coaching staff since 2008. He previously spent three seasons with the Dolphins.
