Outside linebacker is one of Seahawks' few needs
Wide receiver A.J. Jenkins, the 49ers' first-round draft pick, has appeared in four games and hasn't made a catch during his rookie season.
Their second-round pick, running back LaMichael James, didn't see the field until Week 14.
The limited production the 49ers have received from their first two picks is largely a reflection of the strength of their roster. The 49ers drafted those players knowing they wouldn't need them to contribute immediately.
Brock Huard thinks the Seahawks are in a similar position this year. Without a number of pressing needs, the Seahawks are in better position to take the best player available.
There are needs, however. Huard disucsses one of them in the video below: outside linebacker.
