Golden Tate can't afford to miss practice time

Golden Tate is coming off of a strong finish to last season, making 19 of his 35 catches over the final five games.
Still, Tate's production in two NFL seasons hasn't matched his talent level or the expectations that come with being a second-round pick, making this year an important one for his future with the team.
For that reason, Brock Huard and Mike Salk agree that Tate's absence from the team's voluntary workout on Wednesday is puzzling.
