The beginning of the end for Tarvaris Jackson?

On Monday, the question de jour was whether Tarvaris Jackson's extensive work with the Seahawks' first-team offense the previous day was an indication that he was slightly ahead of Matt Flynn and Russell Wilson in Seattle's quarterback competition.
What a difference a day makes.
Bob Stelton and Dave Grosby were pondering a different question on Tuesday after coach Pete Carroll announced that Jackson will be a spectator on Saturday when the Seahawks open the preseason at home against Tennessee.
