After becoming afraid, the women left.

The suspect followed the woman back to her room, re-entered the room, and did the same thing to her roommate – telling virtually the same story. The roommate left with the suspect and walked onto main campus. According to police, she became concerned and sought safety from a UW employee.

University police were dispatched around 4:45 a.m. They have been unable to locate the suspect.

The suspect is described as a dark-complexioned male, approximately 5’8” to 5’10” tall, approximately 185 pounds, clean shaven, in his late 20s to early 30s. He wore a light colored stocking cap, light colored scarf, beige jacket and beige pants. He was described as having an African accent.
