A self-proclaimed blind rapper from Everett who’s facing a long list of charges in Snohomish County is still on the run. But now he’s sent his “official response” to the accusations in the form of a rap song.

Wayne Frisby goes by the name “Mac Wayne” in the music world. Frisby was arrested two months ago in a bizarre armed robbery of a woman.

Cops say he stole her car and sliced off a chunk of her hair in the process. When Frisby was arrested police say he had meth, cocaine and heroine hidden in his clothing.

Frisby made bail on the charges but skipped town. Detectives think he may be in California or Las Vegas.

Now, “Mac Wayne” has reportedly sent his official response to the accusations in a rap called “Catch Me if you Can.” It was sent to The Everett Herald in an email from Everett-based Bass Rock Records.

They say the song was written by Frisby and will be his only official response. It talks about “detectives at my mama’s house” and police trying to catch “the Gingerbread Man.”

Marysville Police believe Frisby may be tied to the stabbing death of an 82-year-old man, and he may be tied to a shooting as well.

In the email to The Herald, the writer says Frisby will use money from an upcoming album to pay his attorneys fees and that they should be contacting the authorities sometime in the coming the weeks.
