Car, bodies found in Snohomish River

Sheriff’s deputies have pulled the bodies of a man and woman from a car discovered Wednesday submerged in the Snohomish River.
Investigators believe the couple are 31 year-old Jason J. Dolman and 36 year-old Riza P. Ysulat, who disappeared January 8. The couple, who are dating, haven’t shown up for work since then and both of their cellular phones were shut off.
Snohomish County Sheriff’s spokeswoman Shari Ireton says medications and other personal items were left at their respective homes.
Ireton says the red 1999 Mitsubishi Mirage was found in a part of the river near the 6600 block of Riverview Road.
The Snohomish County Medical Examiner is working to identify the bodies as well as determining the cause of death.
