King County prosecutors have filed a second degree murder charge against the convicted killer accused in the shooting death of a 30-year-old man at the Munchbar in Bellevue Square early Monday morning.

Ja’Mari Alexander Jones, 19, allegedly opened fire in the crowded nightclub, killing DeShawn “D.Mill” Milliken of Seattle and injuring a second man. Police say they don’t have a motive but received reports of several fights before the shooting.

Jones, previously convicted in the beating death of beloved Seattle street musician Ed “Tuba Man” McMichael near Seattle Center in October 2008, faces between 20 to 28 years in prison if convicted.

The 19-year-old remains at large and police consider him armed and dangerous. He could be driving a white Nissan Maxima with Washington license plate number AHZ1672.

Prosecutors are requesting $5 million bail for Jones once he is arrested.
