Seattle Kitchen host Tom Douglas is used to cooking for the masses that visit his 13 restaurants around the Seattle area, but now he's taking on a stadium-sized crowd at Safeco Field.
The James Beard Award-winning chef will be hosting a special salmon bake at Tuesday's Mariners home game against the Red Sox.
Douglas is well known for his skills with seafood. His salmon cooking even won him an Iron Chef title in the past.
The special salmon bake meal will be available for purchase for all ticket holding fans at a $15 price tag, while supplies last.
The dish includes apple wood grilled salmon, collard green, potato salad, grilled Washington corn and a wedge of watermelon.
Fans can head up to Lookout Landing on the upper concourse to join in on the salmon bake. There will also be happy hour drink deals available from 5:10 p.m. to 7:10 p.m. Game time is at 7:10.
Seattle Kitchen can be heard on Saturdays at 2 p.m. and Sunday at 10 a.m. Available anytime ON DEMAND at MyNorthwest.com.
