Would we be OK with a naked Hillary Clinton statue?

Trump, Clinton...

In case you missed it, artists erected a naked statue of Donald Trump in Seattle’s Capitol Hill neighborhood on Thursday.

The Washington Post reports that anarchist group INDECLINE made the statues placed in Seattle, New York, San Francisco and Los Angeles.

Several people gathered near the statue on East Pike Street and 11th Avenue to take pictures and laugh at the statue’s “shortcomings.” The statue has since been moved to a nearby vintage clothing store called “No Parking on Pike” after the artists heard that the City of Seattle was considering its removal, according to the Capitol Hill Blog.

Would we have the same reaction if a similar statue of Hillary Clinton, pointing out all of her anatomical flaws, was placed on a Seattle street corner? Maybe not now that it’s already been done to The Donald.  Or maybe it’s just that nude men are considered comical. Either way, good riddance.
