Listen: Leach says he saw improvement in loss to Stanford
By Brady Henderson
Washington State coach Mike Leach talks about the status of his team after a tough loss to Stanford last week.
While Mike Leach doesn't believe in moral victories, he says he saw some progress in last week's 24-17 loss to Stanford, which was ranked 19th at the time.
Leach talked about the areas of improvement he noticed against Stanford during his latest visit with "The Kevin Calabro Show" on Thursday. He was particularly impressed with the play of quarterback Jeff Tuel.
He also looked ahead to Saturday's game against Utah.
