Summer convertibles
No, I'm not talking about a car body style, I'm talking about work wear that transforms from day to night!
The worst part about working in the summertime is seeing the sun streaming through the window against bright blue skies while you sit at your desk, staring at spreadsheets on a computer screen. My favorite part about summer, though, are the happy hour cocktails after work. Sometimes, those happy hour cocktails turn into dinner, which can lead to a fun night out. And it's less than appealing (or comfortable) to wear black slacks and a stiff blouse all night long.
Here are some fun suggestions to make your look day and night ready:

1. Pair a bright, fun skirt with a sleeveless blouse and a fitted blazer. Blazers dress pretty much anything up. Even with denim, you'll look super chic.

2. Throw a jacket over your summer dress and wear with heels or flats. When you're done with work, just take off the jacket and you're all dressed up!

3. Bring some heels with you. Heels can make a casual outfit looked dressed up. Simple as that.

4. Wear your favorite LBD. A simple black dress looks great in a professional setting, and can transition easily to after-work cocktails or dinner. If your favorite LBD is sleeveless, throw on a colorful blazer or cardigan and you're good to go.
