Russell Wilson says his height shouldn't be an issue
Senior Bowl measurements confirmed what most people already knew about Russell Wilson: The former Wisconsin quarterback lacks the height of a prototypical NFL quarterback.

Wilson was measured at just under six feet, and despite his athleticism and the impressive totals he posted last season while leading the Badgers to the Rose Bowl, his height won't do him any favors on draft day.
That was one of the topics Wilson discussed with Mike Salk and Steve Bunin on "SportsCenter Saturday."
"Playing at Wisconsin definitely shows that I can play behind a big offensive line. I played behind the fourth-biggest offensive line in the entire country, averaging 6-foot-5. So I think more than anything it's more about how I'm delivering the football, on time and with rhythm," Wilson said.
"... I have a long wingspan and big hands, and I think that really helps, too, and playing big in the pocket."
Wilson was 4 of 7 for 45 yards, a touchdown and an interception in the Senior Bowl on Saturday. He discussed that performance as well the leadership skills he showed after transferring from North Carolina State.
