Ron and Don are notably health conscious. Don regularly leads spin classes, and Ron has been on his own mission to lose weight. But when the Starbucks Unicorn Frappucino started making headlines, like many other folks, they were curious.

Producer Lauren cornered the KIRO Radio hosts on Friday with the drink. Despite the curiosity factor, Don would not allow any of the Unicorn drink into his body. Ron, however, notes “I can see how this is going away on Sunday.”

Starbucks promotes that its Unicorn Frappuccino changes colors and flavors with the stir of a straw. It’s available for a limited time (April 19-23) in the United States, Canada and Mexico.

A 16 ounce serving of the Starbucks Unicorn drink dishes up 410 calories, 16 grams of fat, 45 milligrams of cholesterol, 62 carbohydrates with 59 grams of sugar. A 24 ounce serving ups the  calories to 500, with 18 grams of fat, 55 milligrams of cholesterol, 79 carbs with 76 grams of sugar.

But then again, it also provides 15 percent of vitamin A (daily value) and 25 percent of calcium.
