The Space Needle has put up six different roof designs for people to vote on for their “Top Off Our 50th” contest, in conjunction with the 50th anniversary of the needle.
The Space Needle opened in 1962, the iconic landmark of the World’s Fair in Seattle.
The final designs were picked from a group of about 500 entries. Those interested in voting can vote once a day through October 20th. The top vote-getter will be announced on the 21st. The winning design will remain on the Needle for six months.
