Nuke test scores fell flat during alleged cheating
FILE - This Jan. 9, 2014, file photo shows a mockup of a Minuteman 3 nuclear missile used for training by missile maintenance crews at F. E. Warren Air Force Base, Wyo. At the time when dozens of nuclear missile officers were believed to be cheating on their exams, test scores were among the lowest of the year, according to Air Force records obtained by The Associated Press. No explanation is obvious, and the Air Force is not saying why test results were not better if, as alleged, at least 40 officers were cheating. (AP Photo/Robert Burns, File)
