NTSB: Capt took command before NY landing accident
FILE - In this Monday, July 22, 2013, file photo, a Southwest airlines plane rests on the tarmac after what officials say was a nose gear collapse during a landing at LaGuardia Airport, in New York. The National Transportation Safety Board on Tuesday, Aug. 6, 2013 said that the captain of the plane took control from the first officer just 400 feet from the ground. Ten people were injured in the July 22 accident, which the NTSB is still investigating. (AP Photo/John Minchillo, File)
