Washington Secretary of State Kim Wyman says her office will review a letter from President Trump’s voter fraud commission asking for voter records.

After losing the popular vote to Hillary Clinton, President Trump claimed 3 million to 5 million people voted illegally. He’s offered no evidence to back that up.

The White House Election Integrity Commission wants a list of names and party affiliations for everyone who voted. Wyman says that just like any other public records request she’s required to comply, but she plans to consult with other secretaries of state at an upcoming conference.

The letter asked for the names, date of birth, address, voting history, and the last four digits of the social security number of all voters, according to Wyman.

California and Virginia refused the request yesterday, saying the letter was based on fraudulent notions of voter fraud.

“I’m in uncharted waters,” she told Seattle’s Morning News. “This is my first time in all of my years doing elections that I’ve had a winning candidate calling into question the way the election was conducted.”
