Mariners need more than a few minor additions
The Mariners, in need of offensive help, have been linked to several hitters who could be available via trade or free agency.
One of them is free-agent outfielder Jason Bay, who, according to 710 ESPN Seattle's Mike Salk, is close to signing a low-risk deal with Seattle.
In the video below, Bob Stelton and Dave Grosby say that the Mariners will have to do much more than that to boost their porous offense and sagging attendance.
