Lots to like about Mariners' acquisition of Morales
Kendrys Morales is a .292 hitter with seven home runs in 34 career games at Safeco Field.
That's one reason why Bob Stelton and Dave Grosby like the trade the Mariners made with the Angels Wednesday that sends the power-hitting first baseman/designated hitter to Seattle in exchange for starting pitcher Jason Vargas.
