Mariners' Kyle Seager showing power, poise
Kyle Seager doesn't consider himself a power hitter.
But the adjustments he made to his swing and to his workout routine over the offseason have led to an increase in pop, evident in his .511 slugging percentage and team-high four home runs.
"So far it's worked OK," Seager told "Bob and Groz" on Monday.

Update: Seager is now slugging .495 after Monday's game.
