They may be the best (or worst) parents ever
on October 24, 2012 @ 6:38 pm (Updated: 10:26 am - 10/25/12 )They might be the best parents ever. Unless you are their middle-school aged daughter, then they are definitely the worst.
After their daughter got "fresh" with them, she got her phone taken away for a week.
"An entire week! Can you believe it? My parents are the worst," says an approximation of what we believe this maybe-not-even 13-year-old was thinking.
But it did get worse for the young, "fresh" girl.
Since her parents have taken away her phone, they've been snapping pictures of themselves looking "cool, " (see above) and posting them to her Facebook page.
"Just by walking into a room when you're a parent, you make your kid embarrassed," Ross & Burbank co-host Luke told Dave.
Dave said while his daughters went through a "rebellious stage" their fight didn't last too long: "because they realized just how correct we (the parents) were," he surmises.
Luke did enjoy this approach to parenting. It was a definite change compared to a dad who took it upon himself to fire a gun at and destroy his daughter's laptop.
"I thought it was pretty genius punishment," Luke says.
