Who's thinking about the 2016 election already? Carl Jeffers

While many of us are still trying to wrap our heads around Tuesday night's victories and losses, one man is already looking ahead to 2016.

Political pundit Carl Jeffers told Ross and Burbank the morning after Election Night he believes we will see another Clinton make a run for the White House in four years.

"If Bill Clinton had to dress in drag and pretend to be her, I think he's going to have 'Clinton' on the ballot."

Jeffers said even though Clinton will be 69-years-old, she's still going to run. "Ronald Reagan did and he was older than that."

Clinton may have some competition if Vice President Joe Biden follows through with his 'promise' made on Election Day.

"No vice president rules it out unless it's health," said Jeffers. "Dick Cheney would have been a candidate also in 2008 if he would have been healthy."

Dave Ross wanted to know about Mitt Romney's shot in 2016...if he ran as a Democrat.

"It's difficult to run again when you lose. We've past that day in America," said Jeffers.

    Easy.

    Bill Clinton made the mistake of helping Oz too much. ... No Hillery has to run after an Obama 2nd term. And probably against Biden, to boot.

    Romney was just better than Oz. Not the ideal. ... In retrospect, he lost as soon as he picked Ryan instead of Rubio. ... But given another 4 years, IS the economy going to get better?

    It almost has to, but it should have naturally rebounded by now in the first place. .. Guess it's still Bush's fault? - and WHY isn't Obama's priority for the new term JOBS ?

    As for Hillery, if Obama blows it, she's toast in 2016. .. And if he does good, Biden looks good. THAT was Bill's mistake.

    Until it causes enough financial ruin, like in example after example around the world, it will be highly unlikely for a conservative to win a national election. That day is coming. I'd bet it will be here in time for the 2016 election, but I'm not certain.

    No taxes, EVER Huge military Don't bother to pay for a 7Trillion dollar war and blame it on the next guy Persecute 1/3 of the country rather than expanding the tax base

    Can YOU or someone puhleeeze get Luke to SHUT UP?? The guy doesn't breath! He pounces on any subject big or small and has to take everyone's ears into meltdown with his endless Mister Know-it-all. The longer he talks, the less credible he comes across. The other day, I drove from Monroe to almost downtown Everett and the entire time, Luke was .....talking, without interruption. I had to hit the button. Now...what are we talking about here..?
