A California man has stepped-down from his job after being caught on tape beating his son.

A California man has stepped-down from his local government job after being caught on tape beating his son with a belt.

Why was he beating his son? Because the boy wasn't playing catch very well. This video from KTLA explains the details.

A neighbor caught the action with his camera phone, then eventually intervened.

    If Anyone is getting beaten it IS our business. Isn't that the law? I thought you could get arrested/ticketed for not helping in some way if you see abuse or violence happening.
