Was this to be the Obama "October Surprise?"
Is this all they have? Assuming this was to be it. This, by the way is the truth, is about as crippling to Romney as the "Tax returns" thingy! Nobody but the left and their Useful idiots are even remembering any of this!

For those of you Parrots who are grasping at straw here, in a weeks time, even less, we will see just how much of a bounce Obama did not receive from this and how much more of a lead Romney has opened up!

It is SOO frustrating isn't it Parrots? Nothing works. The over sampling of Liberal voters has faded. Under Obama the ME is in ruins! And 60 plus percent of Americans do not want ObamaCare!

"It's not my job to care about the 47% who don't pay income tax"
....even though about 2/3 of that 47% who don't pay income taxes are employed, at dirt wage jobs, and paying payroll taxes. Why would that be? Another big part of the 47% are folks who worked all their lives and are squeaking by on Social Security.

Oh, yeah. Romney lays it out pretty plainly. "These people all think they're entitled to free food, free housing, and free medical care provided by the government. They will never take any personal responsibility."

Go, Mitt! Tell it like it is! But, while you're at it, maybe you can explain to the rest of the world why people who think they're "entitled to free food, free housing, free medical care, and who will never take any personal responsibility" are scrubbing toilets, flipping burgers, picking crops, mowing lawns, working as security guards, etc; often more than 40 hours per week and usually without benefits? Why would anybody who just felt they were entitled to freebies work so hard and long at such thankless tasks?

    Hey Chuck
Maybe if Obama would stop strangling small & medium business with so many regulations and intrusions, they could grow and hire and start decreasing the MASSIVE amounts of people out of work. I know many people who own business that are waiting until Obama is OUT of office until they start hiring. That is a FACT. There is simply way too much uncertainty about Obamacare and the new taxes he plans on punishing anyone who make $250K or more. Many of those people fall into the small business category. Obama Knows NOTHING about how the economy works. Just having Romney in Office will illuminate much of that anxiety for business owners across the country. That 47 % will drop to 37% in 2 years. Then we can take care of those who need Social Services...

Chuck your response is so, so predictable. I know full well that not everybody not paying income taxes in not a bum or welfare loser.
What you and lefties do no get is how hard it is going to be for 53% and shrinking of tax filers to pay an extra trillion dollars and more just for one year. How much more can we get from the rich-they have accounts who will protect their money. Why is this hard to understand. We need to spend way, way less. It's the only way.

    Ezra Klein on personal responsibility
KLEIN: What Romney doesn’t get about personal responsibility.“The thing about not having much money is you have to take much more responsibility for your life. You can’t pay people to watch your kids or clean your house or fix your meals. You can’t necessarily afford a car or a washing machine or a home in a good school district. That’s what money buys you: goods and services that make your life easier. That’s what money has bought Romney, too. He’s a guy who sold his dad’s stock to pay for college, who built an elevator to ensure easier access to his multiple cars and who was able to support his wife’s decision to be a stay-at-home mom. That’s great! That’s the dream. The problem is that he doesn’t seem to realize how difficult it is to focus on college when you’re also working full time, how much planning it takes to reliably commute to work without a car, or the agonizing choices faced by families in which both parents work and a child falls ill. The working poor haven’t abdicated responsibility for their lives. They’re drowning in it.” Ezra Klein in Bloomberg.

Has his own opinion. Every heard the saying, give a man a fish and he'll eat for a day. Teach a man to fish and he'll eat for a lifetime. The poverty level in this country has risen 12% under Obama. Obama wants people to be dependent on government, which equals more Democrat voters. He can't create any jobs so he encourages government dependancy....IT DOES NOT WORK and it will not work. It simply cannot be sustained. This country will fail even more miserably with 4 more years of Obama. Socialism works great until you run out of other peoples money. And since when is it soooooo horrible to be from a wealthy family? I never heard anything from you Liberal Hypocrites about John Kerry? You LIBERALS pick and chose Good and Evil Billionaires....eF ing HYPORCRITES

Chuck AS AN AMERICAN INDIAN, CRY ME A RIVER. It is libs like you that patronize the poor, expect nothing of the poor, lack the guts and compassion to pressure poor women to use a thing called birth control.
i know the poor and the working poor. Where I grew up in ranch/farm country most everyone was working poor. Even the ranchers/farmers who work 18 hours a day. These men would knock you out if you tried to patronize them like you do with the "poor". Do you think the WWll generation didn't have poor people? Do you think there wasnt poor who survived BEFORE welfare. Cant you libs think about two things at once. That not all the 47% are freeloiaders but here a 2nd to try, at 16T in debt the 47% and growing might not be able to pay the YEARLY one trillion plus debt. Answer me why dont you. Any fool can point out that some zero income tax payers are not bums. Look at the big picture and the future. With welfare and single moms we are CREATING GENERATIONAL POOR AT A ALARMING RATE.

It is a lot easier to pu on band aides instead of fixing the problems we face....
Of course it also doesn't get anyone elected if they don't pass out the candy with the band aides. Maybe we should all put on the big adult cloths and really tackle the issues instead of sugar coating everything.....social welfare is broke, it will hurt to fix it just like the shot you get when your sick, but if we take the medicine now maybe we clean up the mess we call todays politics.
