A judge will not face DUI charges even though a trooper determined he had slurred speech and smelled of alcohol when he was arrested.
Dori is appalled the judge said he didn't know that there is a law that requires a car at a DUI stop to be towed. He tries DUI cases all day for a living and claims to not know of this law. Dori says this judge is a name-dropper trying to do whatever he can to get out of a punishment.
