Whining about working on Thanksgiving

A Target employee is trying to start a petition after learning she might have to work on Thanksgiving as the company launches its Black Friday promotion hours before Friday.
Apparently she’d rather spend the time with her family on the holiday. Well, then maybe you shouldn’t work for Target because isn’t it a company’s right to meet the demands of its customers?
If you don’t like it, work somewhere else. Not only that, but as an employee in your teens and 20’s, shouldn’t you expect to pay your dues with the crappy shifts?
Don’t whine to Dori about this. The man has worked his fair share of holidays and weekends. In fact, don’t whine to anyone in the media about working a holiday.
