The worst Christmas songs of all time

It's become an annual tradition on the Dori Monson Show to list the worst Christmas songs of all time. This year's list included some old favorites, as well as some newer, more oddball selections.

Dori is grated whenever he hears Jose Feliciano's 'Feliz Navidad' or Paul McCartney's 'Simply Having a Wonderful Christmastime' come on the radio. Don't even get him started on Barbara Streisand's 'Jingle Bells.'

Listeners chimed in with their wost songs online and on-air, most commonly nominating 'Christmas in the Northwest,' 'Do They Know it's Christmas' by Band Aid, and 'Christmas Shoes.' A few even introduced previously unknown awful Christmas songs.

    I have to say the least tollerable, at least to hear on repeat is "Baby It's Cold Outside." As bad as Babs butchered "Jingle Bells," at least it was only her botching of it... There's at least 100 different, yet equally hacky versions of "Baby It's Cold Outside" each one sucking slightly more than the last.

    Simply Having a Wonderful Christmastime by Sir Paul McCartney is so annoying that he should be stripped of his "Sir" title and The Tower of London reopened so he can be incarcerated.

    FYI- he wrote that song with his children when they all very young. I give him a pass on that. Creating art with the help of your kids, especially at this time of the year, makes that A-OK with me
