'Eagle Snatches Kid': Is this viral video real or faked?

As the Ross and Burbank show noted, this video has gone viral, and for obvious reasons.

According to Gawker, the video is an obvious fake. Others aren't so sure. You be the judge: is the 'Eagle Snatches Kid' video fact or fiction?

    It was actually done by students - and the purpose of the project was to try and create a "viral" video and get at least 100,000 hits.

    Well, this video more than accomplished that goal - and it got the students an "A."
