I got this D-mail from a listener:
We are small business owners who tried to file and pay for our Employment Security taxes yesterday. Unfortunately, their website isn't working correctly and we got an error message. I couldn't resist telling you that their 3 sentence error message contained FOUR TYPOS!!! "appologize, Adiministrators, inconvience, and occured". This is unbelievable! I did a print screen so I have it in black and white for posterity!
I could understand one typo. But four in three sentences makes me think this WA state worker - who probably makes between $60,000-$100,000/yr - is borderline illiterate.
