The Dori Monson Show received an angry email from a Seattle listener yesterday who’s upset I voiced my opinion about spending holiday money elsewhere.

“How dare you?” this Ballard man writes, expressing his desire my bosses “crack down” for saying such things.
Here’s a question for this man: Don’t I have the right, like all of you, to voice my disgust with Seattle government and how they choose to run this city with every dollar he spends?
Ed Murray and Kshama Sawant will only listen to people who think exactly like them. That is why neither will agree to come on my show. They’d rather take something as innocuous as the Westlake Tree Lighting and turn it over to protesters who circled the tree chanting, “Hey-hey, ho-ho, these racist cops have got to go.”
Like I said yesterday, nothing says Christmas like chanting about racist cops.
Murray and Sawant may ignore what we’re saying, but they have to pay attention to business owners losing money as a direct result of their policies.
