Video: Dad shoots daughter’s laptop after she acts out on Facebook

You tell you kids they’ve got to something over and over, and it seems they never listen. So how do you react?
For Dori and his wife, after telling their girls to put their shoes away, and then finding 18 pairs of shoes in the entry way of the house – it was finally enough.
The Monsons started flinging the shoes from their unwanted location of the front hall, out the door, and into the driveway.
“The girls weren’t happy,” says Dori.
“Did you know these boots were in a puddle? They cost a $140!” Dori’s daughter’s said to him and his wife.
They replied emphatically YES! They did know that. The boots were a Christmas present.
So how far do you go to prove a point? This father, angry about a post his daughter made on Facebook, took out his .45 and shot his daughter’s lap top.
Whether the dad took things too far is definitely up for debate. (Listen to the podcast for Friday’s show to hear your D-mails weighing in on the dad’s reaction.)
He did say that she can have another lap top … when she can pay for it herself.
