Spokane forced to rehire DUI cop

A Spokane cop plowed into the back of a woman's vehicle and took off. He was arrested for drunk driving and hit and run. Two years later, the city has been forced to rehire him and they're giving him $275,000. Can you imagine if you or I did that at our workplace?
